This is joggy.
A turtle, and your AI running coach. joggy builds your training plan, rewrites it as your weeks change, and argues one thing above all: the turtle wins by being consistent.
What joggy is
joggy is a running app with an AI coach inside it, for iPhone and Android. You give it a goal and the days you can actually run. It writes a real training plan, coaches each run with live pace audio, and rewrites the week ahead around the runs you logged.
The coach is a turtle, also called joggy. That is not decoration: it is the argument. Running gets better when you keep showing up at a pace you can hold, and the app is built to make that the easy thing to do.
Who joggy is for
- People starting from zero, including people who are fairly sure they cannot run.
- People coming back after months or years off, who know the old paces do not apply.
- People training for a first 5K, 10K or half marathon on a normal amount of free time.
It is not built for competitive athletes chasing marginal gains, and it will never tell you to crush anything. If you want the beginner version of the method, start with from zero to your first 5K.
// The coach
How the AI coach works
You ask joggy a question in plain language and it answers with your real training history in view, not a generic FAQ. Sore legs, a bad night's sleep, whether today's run is a good idea. It can reshape your week right there in the chat.
Coach chat is part of joggy Club, which every new runner gets free for 14 days.
// The plan
How the plan rewrites itself
Most plans are finished before your training starts. joggy reads the runs you actually logged and regenerates the week ahead around them, so a rough week does not leave you stuck on a script that no longer fits.
The longer version of that argument is here: an AI running coach versus a static PDF plan.
// The Log
What the Log and the Pack are
Every run lands in the Log automatically, but the point is not storage. joggy turns the numbers into plain language: how your week actually went, what is trending, and what a stretch of runs adds up to, read in a sentence rather than a spreadsheet.
The Pack is the community feed sitting alongside it, where runs from other joggers show up. Both are free.
The short version: a real plan, a coach that answers in plain language, and no expectation that you get fast quickly.
Tracking, the plan, the Log and the Pack are free. joggy Club adds the adaptive weekly plan, coach chat and deep run analysis. What each tier actually includes is on the pricing page, and it matches what the app really gates.
