Joggy training plans: a real plan for runners starting from zero.

Joggy builds a personalized running plan from your goal race, your current pace and the days you can actually run, free on iPhone and Android. With joggy Club, the plan re-adapts every week to the runs you actually logged.

It is built for the runner most plans skip: someone training for a first 5K, 10K or half marathon on a normal amount of free time, including people who are fairly sure they cannot run yet.

How is a Joggy training plan structured?

A Joggy plan is a week-by-week progression built on VDOT training paces, where every week has a shape: easy runs, one harder session, and rest days you are not supposed to skip. You see the whole plan as a list or a calendar, the sessions for the week, and how far through the plan you are.

How does the plan account for where I am starting from?

The plan starts from your current pace and the days you say you can run, not from a fixed schedule written for someone else. If you cannot run continuously yet, walk breaks are a normal way to start; the run/walk method explains why they work.

What happens when I miss a run?

On the free plan, the plan keeps progressing on a steady weekly rhythm. With joggy Club, the plan is rebuilt every week from what you actually ran, so a missed session or a hard week changes what comes next instead of leaving you behind a schedule. Why your training plan should change when your week does covers the thinking.

Does the plan tell me what pace to run?

Yes, every session has a target pace, and when you start a run Joggy coaches it live: your pace against today's target, audio cues when you drift, and a calm word when you are on it. Live pace guidance is free, and no watch is required. Most beginners should run slower than they expect; what pace a beginner should run at explains the talk test.

How does the plan connect to race day?

Every plan counts down to your goal race, and with joggy Club your finish time is predicted from the runs you have logged, at your goal distance and at 5K, 10K and marathon, with an honest flag when a distance is well past your longest run. Ask the AI coach anything along the way, and every run you finish is kept in the Log.
