Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using joggy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Description of service

joggy is a mobile running coach application that provides AI-generated training plans, run tracking, and coaching guidance. joggy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Not medical advice

joggy's coaching, including AI-generated responses from our joggy AI coach, is intended for general fitness guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition. You are solely responsible for your health and safety while using joggy.

Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

joggy Club is offered as a monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) auto-renewing subscription. New users receive a 14-day full-access trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple and Google's respective refund policies; we do not directly process refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases.

Free tier and advertising

The free tier of joggy includes advertising served through Google AdMob. Continued use of the free tier constitutes acceptance of ad delivery as described in our Privacy Policy.

Community conduct (The Pack)

Content you post to The Pack is visible to other joggy users. You agree not to post content that is harassing, abusive, false, or violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create (photos, notes, posts), but grant joggy a license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the app, or use joggy for any unlawful purpose.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

joggy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated coaching content will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, joggy and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injuries sustained while following joggy's training guidance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
